Graphic design companies are trying to find new ways to compete with the digital revolution.

A new report from The Wall Street Journal looks at the challenges facing graphic designers in the years ahead.

Graphic design has become the fastest-growing business sector, with revenues soaring from $5.7 billion in 2013 to more than $26 billion in 2019.

That’s up more than 10% in that time, according to research firm IDC.

But many graphic designers are finding that they can’t make money from the industry just by being successful.

They need to be able to offer high-quality work and earn higher commissions than other types of graphic design.

To be successful, they need to develop a portfolio that’s more appealing to buyers, said Chris Anderson, chief executive of creative agency Soho Art.

The industry has faced challenges in the past.

The first of its kind, the Digital Academy of Designers and Illustrators was launched in 2013 and has since grown to more like 150 students.

But some have complained about the lack of diversity in the program, and the Academy of Graphic Designers has recently been criticized for excluding students with non-Western backgrounds, which it describes as “a cultural problem.”

As of the end of this year, the digital academy had about 40,000 students and had been operating for six years, but there are concerns that the program is being watered down, said Scott Johnson, the academy’s co-founder and president.

Many companies, like Adobe, are trying out a new approach.

Last month, Adobe announced a program that will offer scholarships for new students.

The scholarships will be awarded to students who meet certain qualifications, such as being a recent graduate or having attended an accredited design school.

The initiative is one part of Adobe’s Digital Academy Initiative, a program aimed at helping companies grow their graphic design portfolios and get the most out of their staff.

“If you’re looking for someone to come in and really learn about the craft of graphic illustration and help you do it, we’ve got a program for that,” Johnson told The Verge.

Adobe is not the only one trying to recruit students from diverse backgrounds.

The Adobe Digital Arts team is working with organizations like the Society of Graphic Journalists, who are offering grants to schools that want to hire more students with diverse backgrounds, according in a statement.

The group is also offering an online course for people interested in getting into the industry.

The digital art world is starting to catch up with the needs of designers and graphic designers.

For many years, the majority of the art world was run by people with a certain level of expertise in the field, said Michael Biermann, CEO of The Academy of Art in Design.

“But there’s a shift that’s happening, and that’s what we see as a need in the art industry,” he said.

Bierman said his group has been working to attract more diverse students and offer them scholarships.

For the last five years, he has worked to increase the diversity of the academy by hiring more minority students.

“When I started, we had about 70 students,” Biermen said.

In 2019, the school’s student body was 65% black, 31% Asian, 5% Hispanic, and 3% American Indian.

“This year, we have about 50 students, and we have really good representation,” Biersmann said.

The Digital Academy will launch its new scholarships in 2018, and it plans to increase enrollment to 100 students by 2020.

Johnson said the academy is not aiming to change the way designers think or what they make.

“You want to make sure that it’s about learning and getting better,” he added.

The Academy also has plans to offer scholarships to those with disabilities.

The academy will open a disability office and a scholarship center at its new headquarters in San Francisco, which is a project of the nonprofit advocacy organization National Advocates for Accessible Design.

The center will provide training for students and staff on how to navigate the disability-related industries, including online classes, according the academy.

The program also will help the academy hire more staff, which will help it to provide more educational resources, Johnson said, adding that it is also working with the organization’s board of directors to expand its support.
