In 2018, the number of tattoo designs rose by 10% compared to 2017, according to the Graphic Design Tattoo Trends Index 2017, published by Tattoo Trend.

The index, based on tattoo designs and designs from around the world, provides a snapshot of the trends and trends across the tattooing community.
