Dallas Stars general manager Jim Nill announced Tuesday that he has signed forward Cody Cecil to a two-year, entry-level contract.

The Stars have a cap hit of $925,000 for the season and $925.25 for the year after re-signing Jason Spezza to a three-year contract. 

Ceci, 20, has scored 22 goals and 39 points in 68 games this season. 

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, played his junior hockey at Minnesota State University.
